Delivery

If your package is not collected within 14 days, a handling fee of 50% of the purchase price may apply.

Taylor & Madison is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as “delivered,” though we are happy to review and assist with a replacement on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy

Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Our fulfilment centre is based in Asia.
