At Taylor & Madison, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we offer. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange. Order cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Process: To start a return, please email us at support@taylorandmadison.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return. We’ll provide you with detailed return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Taylor & Madison.

Refunds

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt and approval (or rejection) of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:


  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Reach out to your bank. Processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact support@taylorandmadison.com, and our team will assist you through the exchange process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
